Portfolio Acquisitions Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to SFR (Single Family Rental Home) Portfolio owners to identify potential opportunities for property acquisition, sales assistance and tailored financing needs.
- Take handoff calls from the Junior Acquisitions team and work towards closing those deals.
- Work closely with partnering funds to understand their investment needs and solve any potential issues.
- Engage in consultative conversations to understand the portfolio owner’s needs, evaluate their properties, and present suitable solutions.
- Educate portfolio owners on the benefits of working with Iron Horse Residential and guide them through selling their homes.
- Utilize CRM systems and dialer software to manage and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving individual and team targets.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions our experienced team provides to enhance your skills and knowledge in real estate and acquisitions.

Job Requirements:
- Excellent English
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a challenging and dynamic career.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and using CRM systems and dialer software. Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in the US Real Estate or Mortgage industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excel skills preferred but not required.
