Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to US homeowners to identify potential opportunities for property acquisition and sales assistance.
  • Engage in consultative conversations to understand homeowners' needs, evaluate their properties, and present suitable solutions. 
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of working with Iron Horse Residential and guide them through selling their homes. 
  • Utilize CRM systems and dialer software to manage and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving individual and team targets. 
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions our experienced team provides to enhance your skills and knowledge in real estate and acquisitions.

Position Overview:

As a Junior Acquisitions Specialist at Iron Horse Residential, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by reaching out to US homeowners, understanding their needs, and offering solutions tailored to their unique situations. This role requires practical communication skills, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Job Requirements: 

  • Excellent English 
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a challenging and dynamic career. 
  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls and using CRM systems and dialer software. Sales experience is preferred but not required. 
  • Previous experience in the US Real Estate or Mortgage industry is preferred but not required. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excel skills preferred but not required.
